1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and participation in the surf guiding services provided by Day Trip Surfing Tokyo (operated by Vessel Ltd.). By booking a trip, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide surf guiding services, which include spot selection, in-water supervision, and advice. Transportation is NOT included. You are responsible for arranging your own transportation to the meeting point or surf spot.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept credit card payments via Stripe. Prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax.

4. User Responsibilities

You must be in good physical health and able to swim. You agree to follow the guide's instructions regarding safety and local etiquette at all times. You are responsible for any rental equipment in your possession.

5. Liability

Surfing involves inherent risks. You participate at your own risk. Please refer to our Liability Waiver for full details.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

8. Media Usage

We may use photos or videos taken during the tour for marketing purposes (SNS, website). If you prefer not to be photographed or have your images used, please let us know in advance.
