How to Cancel
To cancel a booking made on this website, please contact us through the contact form with your booking reference. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour start time receive a full refund (see above); refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Bookings made through GetYourGuide must be cancelled through GetYourGuide.
Weather Conditions
If the tour is cancelled by the guide due to poor weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund.
Participants must be able to swim.
