- Stripe — payment processing. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never store or see your full card number.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, storage of booking records, and spam/bot protection (Turnstile) on our forms.
- Google — Google Calendar, used to manage our booking schedule (includes your name and contact details).
- Resend — delivery of our emails (booking confirmations, operator notifications, and contact-form messages).
We may also disclose your information where required by law.
4. International Data Transfers
The service providers listed above are based primarily in the United States, so your personal information may be stored and processed outside Japan, including in the United States. Each provider handles the data under a data processing agreement and its own privacy policy, applying appropriate safeguards.
